You can adjust the font family, font size, letter spacing, and line height using the text formatting tools on the ArtAdjust Canvas. After selecting your text or placing the text object in edit mode, look for formatting options in the properties bar, text menu, or type palette. Here, you can:
Choose a different font family from the available list.

Be sure to apply or save your changes before exiting the formatting panel to ensure your settings are updated on the canvas
